Do I need to pay a deposit?

Can I have guests stay over?
Most residences allow guests for a short amount of time, but please check with us directly.
What are the additional fees for?
- The Flywire transaction fee covers bank charges.
- The departure cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning your room after you leave.
Can I pay in instalments?
Installment options depend on the length of your stay.
Can I check in late at night?
- After 6 PM, the security guard will provide you with your keys.
- Please notify London Nest in advance if you plan to check in outside reception hours.
What is the check-out procedure?
Can I request a late check-out?
Unfortunately, late check-outs are not available. All guests must check out by 10 AM.
Can I select my room?
Rooms are allocated randomly.
Can I request a room move?
Unfortunately, room moves are not possible after check-in.
Is bedding included?
- Your room will have a bed and a mattress protector.
- Duvet, pillows, and bed linen are not included.
Is weekly cleaning of the room/kitchen included?
- Regular cleaning is not included.
- You can check with London Nest for additional cleaning services.
Can I choose my roommates?
If you book with friends, please inform the London Nest team with your group’s full names, and we will try to allocate you close to each other, if possible.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed.
How do I collect my keys?
Keys can be picked up from the reception desk.
