In addition to full-time university students, applications may also be accepted from Graduate Visa (PSW) holders, visiting scholars, academic researchers, language school students, foundation and pathway students, and students between courses or awaiting enrolment. This self-catered house features 20 single and twin rooms with both en-suite and shared bathroom options. At its heart is a spacious communal kitchen and lounge, providing private dry and refrigerated food storage while creating a welcoming environment for cooking, studying and socialising. Residents benefit from unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, all utility bills included, bed linen provided and weekly communal area cleaning. Additional facilities include central heating, free washing machines and tumble dryers, communal TV, outdoor space, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner and shared bathrooms (except en-suite rooms).
